Α. TRAINING OF COMPANY'S PERSONNEL

Training to company's personnel is offered internally and externally, depending on who provides the training course. Internal training is offered by the company's colleagues themselves and includes the presentation of completed projects and of the proceedings of conferences that the colleagues have attended on scientific matters related to the company's subjects. External training concerns the participation of the colleagues to training seminars on professional and managerial matters. The latter are typically offered by third parties and specialized training bodies.

The aim of training the company's personnel is to continuously upgrade and educate them, improve and inform them on latest technological and managerial aspects in order to maximize the productivity of the company. According to the specifications of ISO and in the direction of providing high quality of services, the company seeks the continuous training of its personnel, the quality and resultfulness of which are certified by applying appropriate evaluation methods.

Β. TRAINING TO THIRD PARTIES

TRADEMCO provides training to its Clients, in the scope of specific projects and services through the organization of seminars and educational programs for their professional formation and further specialization. It also offers opportunities for practical training to university students or young professional, in collaboration with Academic Institutions and authorized training centers (KEK) by participating to appropriate programs that are being financed by public organizations.
