TRADEMCO applies a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the new ISO 9001:2000. The Quality Management System of the company has been successfully certified under the name of SGI-TRADEMCO in May 2002 by TUV Austria (Certification No. 2010020337).

In particular, the Quality Management System is as follows:

TRADEMCO's policy in general aims at ensuring the absolute satisfaction of the needs of the company's Customers (Service Excellence)

TRADEMCO has a definite structure, which is reflected in the Organizational Chart of the Company. The Organizational Chart and the Description of Duties clearly describe the responsibilities of each Member of the Company, ensure the existence of a definite structure of assignment/execution of duties, thus eliminating any interference as far as the responsibilities and the execution of duties are concerned.

The Organization Chart also reflects the Sectors that TRADEMCO focuses which include several categories of studies and consulting services. For each such category, there is the Typical Project Folder, which includes the following:

• Typical Process Flow Chart and Chart of Quality Control (Process Flow Diagram), together with the respective Control and Work Instruction points.
• Typical Gantt Chart
• Sources, References, Legislation, State-of-Art, Bibliography, Requirements in Software, etc.
• Typical Representative Studies
• Work and Control Instructions

For each main activity of the company there are correspondent quality indices by which the activity performance is calculated and the continuous improvement of both the services rendered by the company and of the Quality Management System itself are accomplished.

Moreover, for the purpose of monitoring and executing each study, TRADEMCO follows the guidelines of the ISO 10006/97 Directive ("Quality Management: Guidelines to Quality in Project Management").

To promote the correct application of the Quality Management System, there are regular internal inspections every six months.
